This designation is offered by the International Association of Registered Consultants. The candidate must:
- have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a financial area
- have four years of work experience
- agree to abide by the code of ethics.
To maintain the designation, forty hours of continuing education must be completed each year. After four years, the designation automatically becomes the Registered Financial Consultant designation.
